Personal Fitness Package

If you want help to reach a new fitness goal and would like support and motivation to do so, then this package is perfect for you. This program runs over 9 weeks and involves:

  • An initial consultation on Monday January 9th in An Riocht, Castleisland
  • Eight 45 minute 1-1 coaching sessions on Mondays in An Riocht Gym
    • PT Session 1 – Jan 16th
    • PT Session 2 – Jan 23rd
    • PT Session 3 – Jan 30th
    • PT Session 4 – Feb 6th
    • PT Session 5 – Feb 13th
    • PT Session 6 – Feb 20th
    • PT Session 7 – Feb 27th
    • PT Session 8 – Mar 6th
  • Time slots available Monday mornings: 9:15am; 10:15am; 11:15am; 12:30pm; 1:30pm (you will have the same time slot each week)
  • An 8 week online strength training program – two 30 minutes sessions a week (ideally Wednesday and Friday but this is flexible)
  • Tons of support and motivation during the 9 week program.
