I am a passionate and informed speaker on a range of health and wellbeing topics. I have designed a range of practical, interactive, and inspirational workshops – for a list of topics that I speak on click here. I have spoken at large events (such Dublin Vegfest, Mind Body Spirit) and have also been interviewed on Ireland am. I enjoy speaking to companies, organisations and community groups and am happy to do so either live or online.
My approach is unique – all my workshops are based on the latest research yet have a holistic ethos underlying them. Workshops can be tailored to suit the particular needs of your group. The sessions can range from a one-hour presentation to a 2 day workshop depending on your preferences.
