Fit for You
Finding it hard to fit exercise in, or just don’t have the motivation to do it? I will help you draw up a weekly plan that works for you and considers your other commitments, interests and family time. You try it out for a couple of weeks and then we meet up again to see if it needs any tweaks or revision.
Once that is done you have a plan that works for you and not against you. A plan that you can realistically achieve and gain the benefits from – feeling fitter, stronger and healthier!
A personalised exercise plan will:
– take the stress out of trying to fit exercise in and figuring out what to do each week
– help you exercise regularly as it works around all your other commitments
– help you be more motivated to get up and get out!
– ensure you enjoy exercise more!
We meet online via zoom for 30 minutes where I map out a weekly exercise plan with you, you implement the plan over 1-2 weeks, then we meet for a follow-up 30 minute session to review and improve.
Once you book a link with Ailis’ calendar will be sent to you so you can book in for your session. Please note there can often be a waiting time of 3/4 weeks for an appointment so if you need one sooner please call Ailis to check availability on 085 7725133.
