Fab hike up Torc yesterday, blessed with the weather. Met up with the fab group from the 31 day challenge. So grateful to be able to get up, get out and get active. Torc mountain is one of my favorite hikes, if haven’t done it you must give it a try. Great views and amazing energy.

Was delighted to sample the vegan menu in the Brehon, in Killarney last night, food was excellent. Great to see so many vegan options on the regular menu (and not just a veggie stir fry!) Lovely to meet the chef @chadpbyrne too and I excited to share more shortly on the vegan night he is hosting in the Brehon on the 25th of Jan.

Awesome night at the Ashe hotel with my niece and friends. Food was amazing, company outstanding and fab music to keep us all entertained. @theashehotel did an amazing job with the vegan options. So delicious!

Fab afternoon run in Inch that was food for the soul! Had been craving some blue therapy by the ocean the past few days and it didn’t disappoint!
So worth investing time in our own self-care, flying high again : )

Heading home after a weekend with family. It’s not often we all get together (one sis lives in Dubai and a brother in New York) so when we do it’s special. Thanks to Ciara for making it happen and to all my family for being so supportive (and good craic!) Lovely to have the Galway crew represented too x

Feeling so grateful for everything that I have (or have created!) in my life. Gratitude is a practice I have being doing for many years and I love how it can put me in such a positive place and pull me out of a low moment so quickly. I do it with my kids too, we share what we are grateful for before dinner and at bedtime. Why not try it if you aren’t already. Start with thinking of 3 things you are grateful for every morning and evening. It’s amazing how once you get into it the list goes on and on and on!

A fab run and sunrise swim with the lovely @deric_tv_ in Fenit. Great way to start the day. Turns out he is vegan and a triathlete so there was more chatting than running done! Lovely guy - just wish he could do something about our weather!
