Hi, I’m Ailis and I am a plant based wellness expert who supports people like you who want to improve their health, upgrade their nutrition and start living more fully. FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:
Do I have to be vegan or plant-based to join?
Absolutely not! I would say only about 20% of participants are vegan. However, all the participants are open to and wanting to eating more plant-based foods as they become aware of the health and weight loss benefits of eating more healthy plant-based foods. You can see an example of that in Janice’s testimonial above.
I am so busy already, I don't know how I will find time to do the program:
I am a busy working single mum and I still manage to train for ironman triathlons and all the other challenges I set for myself. I will show you loads of time saving tips to help make cooking and exercise easier. This program will save you time and stress in the long run – plus it is progressive so it isn’t like you have to change everything at once. This won’t matter at all. We all have busy lifestyles and I provide you with the tips and tools to help you manage all kinds of situations (eating out, traveling, on a budget etc.).
