With over 20 years’ experience supporting and guiding people to make positive changes to their health and well-being, I will offer you guidance, inspiration and support to make lifestyle choices that work for you and implement lasting changes that improve your health, energy levels and ultimately your quality of life.
Coaching sessions can take place either online or in person and deal with any aspect of health and fitness, whatever your goals are… to lose weight, to exercise more, to eat more healthily, improve your sports nutrition or to manage your stress better.
I offer free 30 minutes Discovery Calls so you can discuss your health needs with me and see which coaching package might suit you best. There is no pressure to commit – it’s just an opportunity for you to chat to me to see how I might be able to help you and if we are a good fit for each other. My coaching packages
This session is an exploratory session to help you identify areas of your life that need improving and helping you set some SMART goals to bring about the changes you want. It also allows you to decide if you need my support in working toward your goals and if so which package would suit you best.
It is ideal if you just want some advice and guidance to help set you on the right path – whether that is to lose weight, improve your nutrition, exercise more or improve your health.
Kickstart your health
1 month package (4 one-to-one sessions of 45 minutes)
If you want help to kick-start a new habit or adopt a new behaviour, and would like support and motivation to do so, then this package is perfect for you. This programme runs over one month and involves four 45 minute 1-1 coaching sessions, along with email support during the month.
Rejuvenate your health
3 month package (8 one-to-one sessions of 45 minutes)
If you want to rejuvenate your health and would like support and motivation to do so, then this package is perfect for you. This programme runs over three months and involves eight 45 minute 1-1 coaching sessions, along with email support during the three months.
Transform your health
6 month package (12 one-to-one sessions of 45 minutes)
If you want to transform your health and would like support and motivation to do so, then this package is perfect for you. This programme runs over six months and involves twelve 45 minute 1-1 coaching sessions, along with email support during the six months.
If we have previously worked together, and you subsequently require further support, I offer ‘top-up’ sessions for my coaching clients. These are ideal if you need additional support with achieving a health goal and can be scheduled within a year of completing a package. This session lasts 45 minutes.
