An 8-week home-based strength training program

Highly recommend this program”

Whether your goal is weight loss, fitness, toning up or improving performance, you know that strength training is key. However, like most people, you probably don’t like the gym. You either feel intimidated at the gym as you have no idea what to do there or you don’t have the time to head to the gym a few times a week (or most likely a combination of the two!).
The majority of my clients are the same, which is why I created this home-based program. This program brings you all the benefits of strength training but from the comfort of your own home. Most mums love this as they can do it whenever suits and even find the kids enjoy joining in!
Improving my strength has been one of the best things I have done for my overall fitness and maintaining a healthy weight. You will love all the benefits you get from this program!
Here’s how the program will help you get in great shape!

Frequently Asked Questions
When does the course start and finish?
The course starts now and never ends! It is a completely self-paced online course – you decide when you start and at what pace you progress. The course itself is 8 weeks but if you need longer to progress you can repeat weeks whenever you wish. Once you progress to the week 8 workout you can integrate it as part of your ongoing training session. Just increase the resistance as you need to or look to the form videos for more challenging versions. This is a workout you can use for life!
How long do I have access to the course?
How does lifetime access sound? After enrolling, you have unlimited access to this course for as long as you like – across any and all devices you own. Plus you can access any new materials I may add at no extra cost.
What if I am unhappy with the course?
We would never want you to be unhappy! If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, contact us in the first 30 days and we will give you a full refund.
I am totally unfit - will I be able to do this program?
Yes! This is a totally self-paced program – you don’t have to progress through it in 8 weeks. If it takes you 2-3 weeks to get comfortable doing the week 1 workout, that’s fine. You progress to week 2 when you feel ready. However, I do recommend doing the PAR-Q form (see the welcome section) to get approval from your GP first.
What benefits can I get from improving my strength?
These are the types of benefits you can get from including strength training in your workouts: – Boosts metabolism (great for fat loss) -Tones and strengthens your muscles (who doesn’t want a toned body) – Improves mental health (even more than cardio!) – Improves body confidence (yes girl, feeling strong feels great!) – Reduces risk of injury (yip, especially as we get older) – Reverses ageing (yes, liking this one!) – Helps manage chronic pain (beats painkillers any day) – Improves blood lipids (lowered cholesterol, yes please) – Increases bone mineral density (again, handy as we age!) – Reduces blood pressure (always a good thing) – Improves cardiovascular health (amazed how high my heart rate gets when strength training!) – Helps prevent and manage type 2 diabetes (getting healthier and healthier) – Improves physical function (I love not being dependent on a man to lift my suitcase!)
