I take a holistic, empowering, and evidence-based approach to coaching, uniquely tailored to meet the individual needs of busy midlife women seeking healthier lifestyles. With extensive academic qualifications—including degrees in Sport Science, Health Promotion, and Health Psychology—I combine deep scientific insight with practical strategies for lasting wellbeing.
My coaching philosophy emphasizes the power of a positive focused mindset, plant-based nutrition and exercise specific for midlife women. I help you create lasting lifestyle changes that boost confidence, enhance energy, and promote greater engagement with life.
