My Approach

My passion for holistic health started over 30 years ago and has taken me on an incredible journey—living and learning across Ireland, the UK, the USA, India, Africa, South America, and beyond. Along the way, I’ve explored countless approaches to wellness, always seeking what truly supports vibrant, lasting health, particularly as we age.
I’ve followed a plant-based, nutrient-rich lifestyle for nearly three decades and love sharing its benefits. Movement is my happy place—whether it’s running, cycling, or hiking through nature, I feel most alive when I’m active outdoors. I also appreciate the power of mindset and start each day with meditation or visualisation to stay grounded and focused. These daily habits have transformed my life, and I’m passionate about helping others experience the same sense of energy, health and joy.

My Mission

I know what it’s like to feel out of balance in your body—I’ve been there. Over the years, I’ve faced my own challenges with weight and health, and more recently, I’ve navigated the changes that come with menopause. It reminded me that our bodies are always evolving, and our approach to health and fitness needs to evolve too. I had to adapt how I eat, move, and care for myself—and now I help others do the same with compassion and clarity.

What truly drives me is seeing people thrive—whether it’s a coaching client feeling energised for the first time in years, someone in a workshop having a mindset shift, or an organisation creating a culture of well-being and performance. I’m here to support that transformation at every level.

My Qualifications

I hold a Professional Doctorate in Health Sciences (Psychology), a Master’s degree in Health Promotion & Wellness Management (graduating with highest honours in the USA), and a first-class honours degree in Exercise Science (UK).
In addition to my formal academic training, I’m certified in numerous wellness modalities, including Plant-Based Nutrition, Yoga Instruction, Personal Training, Lifestyle and Weight Management, Strength and Conditioning and Mental Health First Aid, among others.

My Experience

 With over three decades of experience in the health and wellness field, I’ve worked across diverse sectors and continents—from corporate wellness roles in Silicon Valley to national health strategy development in Ireland and Scotland.
I’ve run my own successful health and wellness business, consulted for numerous companies, and contributed to national steering groups.
My work has included designing and delivering programmes, writing public health resources, and assessing wellness initiatives across organisations. This breadth of experience allows me to support individuals and organisations alike with a unique blend of academic insight, real-world application, and a deep understanding of what truly drives sustainable health change.

My Interests

In my spare time, you’ll find me enjoying the great outdoors in the beautiful South West of Ireland where I live with my two children. I’m an enthusiastic endurance athlete who loves a challenge, such as completing the Barcelona Ironman, ultramarathons, sea swimming, mountain running, and epic cycling adventures across Ireland. My most recent adventure was hiking to Everest Base Camp in April.
When I’m not enjoying the outdoors, you’ll often catch me planning my next travel adventure, reading, enjoying personal development pursuits, or simply spending quality time laughing and connecting with family and friends.
