Yoga for Fitness Course
Yoga for Fitness Course, every Tuesday, 6:30pm
7 week Yoga course suitable for those who want to improve their fitness and would like to incorporate yoga into their training to help keep muscles loose and joints flexible. There will be some core strengthening involved too! The class will end with a well deserved guided relaxation.
Some basic fitness or prior beginner level yoga preferable. Feel free to call 085 7725133 with any questions you might have.
Classes will be held in Collis Sandes House, Tralee, and run for 7 consecutive weeks until Feb 25th
Places are limited so if interested, it is advisable to book early. Drop-ins welcome – just text or call in advance.
Investment for yoga class:

Terms and conditions
Refunds will only be offered if the course is cancelled or postponed. You can however, transfer your course place to another person if you are unable to attend the course.
It is hoped that you will be able to attend all 8 classes but if you miss one or more classes it is your responsibility and you will not be entitled to a refund for individual classes as the fee is for the full course.
