This one day Reconnect goal-setting workshop will help you create a happier, healthier and more vibrant you! Time out to focus on you and figure out what your priorities are for 2019 and what health goals you would like to focus on.
We can all get caught up in the busyness of life – stuck on the treadmill of endless tasks. As women there seems to be an endless list of ‘to do’s’ – once one is done, then the next is waiting. We tend to be time-poor and demand-rich with little time to step back and reflect on how we are doing.
Yet, taking time out to reconnect with our selves is so important to replenish and recharge ourselves. Not only so we avoid exhaustion and burn-out but so we can align with our true selves and start creating the healthy lifestyles we desire for ourselves and our families.

Ailis has nearly 30 years in the health and fitness industry and brings together many of her learnings from the fields of nutrition, spirituality, exercise, personal development, positive psychology and neuropsychology in this workshop.
She is a busy working mum so can relate to the challenges mum’s face. She found herself loosing herself in the early years of raising her children investing all her time in them. When her second child was approaching 2, she decided she didn’t want to just survive as a mum any longer – she wanted to thrive. She wanted to find herself and her passions again and become an inspiration to her kids as a result.
Since finding her way back, she has followed her dreams wholeheartedly and is always setting challenges for herself. She has completed an ironman triathlon (3.8km swim, 180km bike, and a marathon), run up and down Ireland’s highest mountain (Carrantouhill), swum twice around Garnish Island, and run ultra-marathon’s.
Ailis loves to inspire and guide other mums along the way and pass on the valuable lessons from her experiences. She is full of practical advice and wisdom and shares it with an open heart.
