If you are curious about plant-based diets – either for your health or your performance, then come along and get all your questions answered by Plant-based Wellness Expert, Dr. Ailis Brosnan.
She has been plant-based for 22 years and has studied extensively in this area. She will cover what plant-based diets are, why they are so good for our health (and performance) and how you can begin to add more plant-based foods into your diet.
There will be lots of time for Q&A’s and a food display too so you can get familiar with some of the main plant-based foods or ingredients to help you on your way.
