Sunday, 12th May, 10am-4:30pm, The Ballygarry House Hotel, Tralee
This one day Women’s Wellbeing Charity Event will help you rest, recharge and reconnect!
We can all get caught up in the busyness of life – stuck on the treadmill of endless tasks. As women there seems to be an endless list of ‘to do’s’ – once one is done, then the next is waiting. We tend to be time-poor and demand-rich with little time to step back and reflect on how we are doing.
Yet, taking time out to reconnect with our selves is so important to replenish and recharge ourselves. Not only so we avoid exhaustion and burn-out but so we can align with our true selves and start creating the healthy lifestyles we desire for ourselves and our families.
This is a day for women to give themselves much needed space for themselves. To leave the stress and strain behind and focus on you and how to create a lifestyle that supports and nourishes you.
Get tips, tools and strategies to take control back and sit in the driver’s seat of your life once again. There will be a variety of talks and workshops throughout the day that will all have the shared theme of enhancing your wellbeing. Plus all proceeds go to the Irish Guide Dogs for the Blind so a win win event!
Lots of raffle prizes on the day too and goodie bags for the first 20 to register!
Some of the sessions/talks include:
- Yoga with Dr. Ailis Brosnan
- Essential oils with Louise Kelly
- Qi gong with Dr. Janice Tucker
- Homeopathy with Rebecca Atkinson
- Vision Boards with Dr. Ailis Brosnan
- Mindfulness meditation with Caroline Corkery Scollard
