2021 Vision Workshop


Saturday, 23rd January, 2021.  10am-1pm, online via zoom

If getting fitter or losing weight are a part of your New Year’s Resolutions every year but things never seem to change, then this is the workshop for you.

We will delve into your dreams and from there help you create a vision for a healthier you, create SMART goals with clear outcomes and give you the tools to stay motivated until you achieve them.

What we will cover in the workshop:

  • Exploring the vision of where you want to be
  • Helping you set SMART long and short term goals
  • Creating your vision board
  • Resetting your mindset
  • Planning a daily routine
  • Stoking your motivation


Get expert support from Dr. Ailis Brosnan who will use her 30 years experience in health and fitness to guide you through this enjoyable, informative and exciting process. You will leave with a very clear sense of what you want to achieve in 2021 and the steps you will need to take to get there. You will get a lovely workbook to record all your insights from the workshop and to use as your guide for the year. You will also have your vision board completed which will act as a constant reminder and motivator!
