Recipes and menu plans

Weekly fitness plan

Your weekly exercise programme consists of cardio and strength exercises. Videos will guide you, and you’ll also be given modifications to make the exercise easier or more difficult depending on your starting fitness level. Plus info on eating for fitness.

Ongoing support

There’s a private Facebook group where you can post questions or shout out for support or motivation from the other women on the course. I will also do live streams on Facebook to answer questions as needed.  In addition, there are lots of webinars for you to listen to in your own time.

Do I have to be vegan to join?

Absolutely not! I would say only about 20% of participants are vegan.  However, the participants are open to eating more plant-based foods and become aware of the health and weight loss benefits of eating more healthy plant-based foods. You can see an example of that in Janice’s testimonial above.

I am so busy already, I don't know how I will find time to do the program:

I am a busy working mum and I still manage to train for ironman triathlons and all the other challenges I set for myself. I will show you loads of time saving tips to help make cooking and exercise easier.  This program will save you time and stress in the long run – plus it is progressive so it isn’t like you have to change everything at once.  Sona, was a mum who was concerned about having time to do the program but here are her thoughts after doing it:
