I have designed a range of practical, interactive, and inspirational workshops, which are held throughout the year at various locations around Ireland. My approach is unique – all my workshops are based on the latest research yet have a holistic ethos underlying them. Workshops can be tailored to suit the particular needs of your group. The sessions can range from a one-hour presentation to a 2 day workshop depending on your preferences.
